Bosgaurus Coffee Roasters continues to elevate Vietnamese coffee craftsmanship globally by unveiling a pioneering satellite concept at the Nexus. NU desingned this cafe satellite that integrates seamlessly into premium buildings, honoring both the brand’s core values and minimal aesthetic. Inspired by Bosgaurus’ signature stainless-steel palette, the sleek structure provides a high-performance workflow that optimizes efficiency and the customer experience. Embracing the brand’s commitment to excellence, the Satellite features a self-serve function, cutting-edge coffee distributors, and a modular, prefabricated construction that enables rapid deployment. A floating counter, recalling Bosgaurus’ iconic “fly bar,” acts as a stage for baristas to perform, while refined lighting creates the impression of levitation. Sustainability remains central at NU: through substantial research and development, we wanted to upcycle BOS’ used coffee grounds into a new bio-resin material, creating a thoughtful, circular approach to the furniture design. Overall, this to-go model cultivates a sense of community, reflecting Bosgaurus’ ongoing dedication to transparency, innovation, and environmental responsibility.
